Responsibilities

Develop rapport with students and establish a fun learning environment

Design outcome-based lesson plans

Evaluating the effects of instruction.

Provide a high-quality learning environment and manage activities that extend the school day

Assist in the implementation of classroom curriculum and weekly lesson plans when needed

Ensure safety and security of children enrolled

Follow designated schedule and curriculum

maintain a routine for students

Effectively attract and retain students through enthusiasm, teaching skills, and patience

Assist with homework completion
Qualifications
-
Prior music teaching experience
-
Ability to work & communicate with a variety of ages and levels, working with young children is a HUGE plus
-
creative & open minded
-
Team player and strong work ethic
-
Currently pursuing or graduated with a college degree in music
-
Organized and good lesson planning skill
